mike in service and joe in parts were excellent in helping me get my ktm bike setup. mike wa sable to squeeze my tire swap the same day. I thought for sure it would be days but nope 2 hrs later. Joe hooked me up with the new right fluids. The whole team is awesome, we’re lucky to have them in coeurdalene for all off-road vehicles. Highly recommend!💪🏻

Worked will Cole to find what best fit our needs .. very helpful, knowledgeable, was never pushy. ( thats huge for us ) After a week of shopping we felt the customer service and not being pushy is really what sold us on where we wanted to buy our cfmoto uforce pro xl highland Cole was very helpful with getting us information on the upgrades we already want to do. Bought a leftover new KTM 790 in late 2025,, Josh was my sales dude! Really great guy to deal with. Brought it in for first service recently and the service dudes were equally great to deal with. Service complete, bike in and out, dropped off another bike for service and they've been great to communicate with. No issues, no complaints. Honestly, good to go all around! Low key, mellow, N. Idaho dealership.

Just wanted to shout out Coeur d Alene Powersports for coming in clutch on Saturday with 0 notice and excellent customer service. Every employee I talked to was really nice. Extra special thanks to Justin in parts for hooking up replacing a tire in less than 30 minutes and saving the riding weekend. Not to mention they have an insane amount of inventory compared to other local spots. Gear, equipment etc. Was a unique experience compared to every other powersports place I have been, and I will no longer go anywhere else. I will absolutely be back in the spring to buy a bike 🤙
